The start

To provide someone with the knowledge and confidence to prepare and cook a balanced healthy diet no matter the background, budget or experience.

At my heaviest, I was 285lbs, and have tried every diet around, from low-carb high-fat, to Weight Watchers (or WW as they’d like to be known now?!). Choose a diet or meal plan that works for you. I’m not suggesting my meals are the only way, but my choice which may work for you. You’ll find most of my meals are primarily plant based/vegan, and rarely a day goes by that I’m not obsessed about fresh, soft bread or eating a tablespoon of organic peanut butter.

In 2017 I became a qualified teacher of Food Preparation and Nutrition, and through the journey ahead I will become a vegan nutritionist in 2020. I love learning, and developing my craft, as well as sharing free meal prep tips, advice and recipes over on my social media channels, as well as my blog.
